About Rosie

 It all began im 1982, with the idea of making my son's birthday cake.  After a few lessons and much practice, I started designing all kinds of cakes.  Since then, I have opened my own business, attended and participated in the International Cake Exploration Society and made hundreds of wedding cakes.  I am located a few miles north of Champaign at my personal residence.  It is licensed and inspected.  It features display cakes in a meeting room for consultations, where bridal couples can enjoy creating a wedding cake specifically for themselves, or to choose one from my albums.
